Rates & Payment methode
Our rates are negotiable is in Rupiah (IDR) and based on the following criteria:
• Language rate range category
• Document category ( sworn or non sworn )
• Order deadline ( normal or express service )
• Level of difficulty content
• Purpose of translation
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. Prices charged are rendered per page.
b. Minimum order is: 1 (one) page.
c. By using our translation calculation system standard namely :
– page size : A4
– font size : 12
– The font type : Arial or New time Roman
– Space line : 2 space lines.
d. The manuscript /material of source language can be accepted on CD, Flash or sent via email.
e. If clients agree on the terms, the material will begin to be translated after we receive the down payment amounting to 50% of the total invoice value.
The Down Payment can be made by means of :

• Or Cash payment to our office.
f. The outcome of translation can be sent via email or a file transfer to the clients after our clients settle the remaining amount of invoices. Afterwards the notice of transfer receipt can be sent via SMS ….
g. In case of cancellation after the deal, then the down payment that has been made is considered forfeited.
h. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
We will return all the money already paid by the clients if it is proved that the quality of our services rendered in terms of accuracy and appropriateness unsatisfactory.
